Ms. Florence Basiimwa Tushemerirwe a Research Associate in the Department of Community Health and Behavioural Sciences. She holds a Bachelor of Food Science and Technology (BFST) from Makerere University, and a Masters in Public Health Nutrition from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). Her research interests are Prevention of malnutrition (both under nutrition and Non-Communicable Diseases in the lifecycle, the Food Environment and Health, Nutrition and Health Policy and Sustainable Food Systems.
