The Center for Health and Migration in Vienna, Austria, and the Department of Social Work and Social Administration, The School of Social Sciences, Makerere University in Kampala, in close cooperation with stakeholders at international, national and sub-national level, have jointly developed a course on Health and Migration.
The course focuses on the nexus of health and migration in an interdisciplinary approach and in relation to good migration governance.
Participants
The course targets academic staff, graduate students, policy makers, programme managers, civil society professionals, and health and social care professionals working in communities, cross-border settings and refugee settlements.
Certificate: A certificate is issued upon attendance of 70% of sessions and delivery of two course papers of not more than four pages each.
Fees: The course is funded by the Austrian Federal Ministry of the Interior. Therefore, there are no fees required.
