AHETCA Conference on Advancing Health Equity Through Collaborative Action

We are excited to announce that we are drawing closer to the Advancing Health Equity Through Collaborative Action (AHETCA) Conference to be held from 22^nd to 23^rd February 2024 at Golf Course Hotel, Kampala. The 2-day conference organised by the People’s Health Movement, Uganda (PHM-Uganda) in collaboration with Makerere University School of Public Health (MakSPH) is convening various partners and participants from the field of academia and civil society that work on matters concerning health rights and equity including Living Goods, UNICEF, UNDP, Nottingham Trent University - UK, World Vision, SEATINI, and HEPS-Uganda.

This conference will serve as a platform for collaboration and knowledge-sharing among stakeholders committed to advancing health equity. With diverse perspectives and experiences to be presented, we aim to foster meaningful discussions that drive actionable outcomes in addressing disparities in healthcare access and outcomes, and to share best practices and innovative solutions.
