Biography
Mrs. Anne Josephine Adikini Oketch is the Manager of the Department of Health Policy Planning and Management at Makerere University School of Public Health. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
With over 21 years of management experience, including 12 years dedicated to departmental administration at MakSPH, Mrs. Adikini has extensive expertise in human resource management, departmental coordination, and project administration. She has successfully managed activities and administrative processes across multiple projects within the department, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and adherence to institutional standards. She is recognized for her commitment to hard work, integrity, and confidentiality, and plays a vital role in supporting the Department’s academic, research, and service functions.
