Biography
Damalie Ninsiima serves as Assistant Administrator–Academics in the Department of Health Policy, Planning, and Management at Makerere University School of Public Health. She provides administrative support to the Master of Public Health Full-Time (MPHFT) and Master of Public Health Monitoring and Evaluation (MPHME) programs, ensuring smooth coordination of academic processes.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health Science and a Master of Public Health, grounding her administrative work in a strong health sciences background. Before joining MakSPH, Damalie worked with Malaria Consortium and World Vision in project coordination and implementation, contributing to public health initiatives with community-level impact. With a growing research interest, she aspires to leverage her skills and experience to strengthen support for evidence-based health programs in Uganda and beyond.
