Mrs. Anne Josephine Adikini Oketch is the Manager for the Department of Health Policy Planning and Management at Makerere University School of Public Health. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Post graduate Diploma and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. She has a wide experience in management, has skills and acquaintance in Human Resource Management.  She has handled Departmental activities and administrative issues of different projects within the Department for 12 years.
