Are you passionate about disaster management and reducing risks in your community and looking for an exclusive training opportunity that will empower you to make a significant impact?
Well, Makerere University School of Public Health through the Network for Information, Response, and Preparedness Activities on Disaster in collaboration with the Centre for Research on the Epidemiology of Disasters (CRED) have organised a two-day program to equip you with the competencies needed to contribute to the creation of retrospective disaster loss databases.
You need to be either a past and or current students pursuing master’s programs in the field of disasters management, biostatistics, and related disciplines to participate in this in-person training session coupled with interactive discussions, and exercises.
