Mr. Aloysius Mutebi is a Research Fellow in the department of Health Policy, Planning and Management at the School of Public Health, Makerere University. He holds a Bachelor of statistics degree and Masters Degree in Public Health of Makerere University plus post graduate diploma in development planning with computer techniques of Erasmus University, Netherlands. He received additional training in National Accounts from Munich, Germany.
Aloysius’s specialized areas of interest include: Health Information Systems, Human Resources for Health, Monitoring and Evaluation, family planning and maternal and child health. He has worked with various local and international consultancies on different programs funded by international organizations for over 15 years. Aloysius worked on willingness to pay for HIV drugs studies, service voucher studies in hard to reach areas, the recent project monitoring and accountability.
