Dr. Mayora Chrispus is a Lecturer and Health Economist at the Makerere University School of Public Health (MakSPH), where he has, for the last 13 years, taught courses in health economics, health financing, health systems and policy, economic evaluation, among others. Chrispus has also done research around issues of health financing, economic evaluation, costing and cost-effectiveness analysis, program efficiency analysis, etc. Chrispus holds a Bachelor of Economics & Master of Economics (Makerere University), Master of Health Economics (University of Queensland, Australia), and a PhD in Public Health (University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa).
