Ms. Susan Babirye is a research Fellow in the department of Health Policy, Planning and Management at the School of Public Health, Makerere University. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Health, and Masters Degree in Research and Public Policy. Susan also received additional training in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute. Susan has extensive experience in research coordination, data collection and analysis.
Susan’s specialized areas of interest include: family planning, HIV/AIDS, adolescent sexual and reproductive health, and maternal and child health. She has over five years’ experience in development work in the area of sexual and reproductive health. Susan has conducted similar research work and her most recent similar assignment was the baseline evaluation of the Cross Border Health Integrated Partnership Project across the E. African borders.
