This is to invite you to a seminar on knowledge translation through policy dialogues this Friday, 18th March 2022 from 2:00 to 3:30pm in MakSPH Seminar Room and online via Zoom. The seminar details are below:
Topic: Towards evidence-informed policy and practice: knowledge translation through policy dialogues
Expectations
After this seminar, participants will be able to:
1) Explain gaps between evidence and policy,
2) Discuss the importance of knowledge translation for evidence-informed policy (including a selected framework), and
3) Describe policy dialogues as a knowledge translation tool (including a policy dialogue checklist).
Presenter: Dr Olivia Biermann, Health policy and systems researcher at CESH/Karolinska Institutet.
